Inspiration #4 Øyvind Hjelmen

Trough looking online at photographs who have based their projects on flowers I came across a photographer called øyvind Hjelmen who used the natural technique of leaving images from the garden and leaving them in natural sunlight for 3 hours. These images have all been taken without a typical camera and I feel the way the images have come out works really well with the simple idea of the project. The images are simple and so is the project idea and I really like how these link. I took inspiration from this as I feel I should restrict myself to focus on the typical photography technique as I had planned. I can explore other ideas such as this and experiment with how the image turn out. I feel like the way the image colour and the real colour of the flowers contrast works well too. 

To take inspiration from these images I feel like I want to explore the effects of sunlight and flowers when wanting to create an imagine and could possibly if I could recreate these images to show the flowers as bland and colourless yet full of texture.
